Service Design Singapore Network at NYP

Service Designers are a nascent breed in Singapore. Every little effort & contribution to bring Service Design closer to businesses to catalyse their transformation journey must be lauded and supported. #NanyangPolytechnic - #SchoolofDesignSingapore is doing just that by having #ServiceDesignMasterclass for Singapore SMEs, ably supported by #RoyalCollegeofArts, and also by carrying #ServiceDesignNetwork baton in Singapore with aplomb.

Kudos to Albert Lim Song Lian & team Gina Weers Mark Wong Raymond Tan for spearheading this excellent programme.

It was a great opportunity and an absolutely wonderful experience to speak alongside Dr @NickLeon of #RoyalCollegeofArts. My talk had two parts :
1. Two key phenomenon that are shaping our world - #Servitization and #Platformisation.
2. I also shared Service Transformation journey of #MeyerEngineering, a client we worked with over a period of 2 years resulting in 50% increase in sales.

I was also inspired by #SchoolofX initiative of#DesignSingaporeCouncil. Joanne Teh thanks for a well poised presentation. I am surely looking forward to collaborate with #SchoolofX.
