UXcamp Europe UX Camp Europe 2024 is massive. (Started in 2009 it has grown bigger with each year).

600 designers from all over Europe (and the world).

Unconferencing to unleash the creative power of a community - to bring new thoughts, ideas, seeds (of what could possibly become big concepts and movements).

I also shared my bit to a very active and participative bunch of designers on topic of ‘Learning Gap Needs Systemic Attention’:
How can we address the ‘Learning Gap’ (and Meta Skills Gap) at systemic level - at level of Education System, Work System and at Policy System - to make us future ready and keep us future relevant.

There are no easy answers, but we need to start somewhere - perhaps by starting to raise awareness about it first of all.
