A simple rule, difficult to follow but highly doable is ....
WHAT GIVES ME ENERGY? WHAT TAKES MY ENERGY?

I have been trying to practice this to prioritise what I should be doing everyday (with some good results)

Once we start to prioritise tasks that give us energy over tasks that take our energy, we build a reservoir of positive mental energy.

When we do something with positive energy and enjoy doing it we invariably do it better.

This in turn propels us towards tasks that give us energy, and we continue to improve in what we do with a compounding effect.

We are and we become what we do everyday.

What will you prioritise today?
