Making ‘simple’ understandable, actionable
MAKING ‘SIMPLE’ UNDERSTANDABLE, ACTIONABLE
In my view, ‘simple’ appears simple because it masks the complexity of its composition.
There is a lot of clamour around making things simple, and adopting simple concepts/skills/tools to navigate complexity in our life. But do we really understand ‘simple’?
The power of ‘simple’ words & concepts lie in their application.
- Applying something effectively first needs understanding,
- Which in turn needs unpacking of the composite masked behind the simple,
- Followed by internalising it through practice before it gets manifested in our behaviour and actions.
Operationalizing the ‘simple’ is the key.
‘Simple’ helps solve complex problems.
