Singapore set this example in Asia, Estonia - a fledging nation of 1.3 million people, seems to be leading the way in Europe.
Watch out for Talinn - perhaps the next Go-To city in Europe. Things work there. People are nice and open. Govt officials (unlike Govt officials) are responsive and helpful!
As Sten Tamkivi (of Skype fame) said “Estonia is a MVP country” - If you want to test bed your business / startup / idea for Europe - Estonia could be the place.
Look out for Latitude59 2025, the annual conference in Estonia.
